Reston, VA — SecureIT, one of the region's fastest-growing information security firms has been recognized as a Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) by the PCI Security Standards Council. The PCI Security Standards Council, created by the five major credit card companies, is an open global forum for the ongoing development, enhancement, storage, dissemination and implementation of security standards for customer account data protection. With this qualification, SecureIT joins an elite group of firms who are recognized to provide assessment services to merchants and service providers that process sensitive credit card data, and are required to have an independent review.
