Provides direct support for integrating, operating and assessing cyber security solutions for Federal government agencies. Senior level personnel provide cyber security practice and technology leadership and direction on the team.

Responsibilities

Individuals support the Project Manager in conducting wide range of cyber security activities and solutions that include:

• Network and system vulnerability assessment
• Application and software security assessment
• Database security assessment and monitoring
• Software security assurance
• Security configuration assessment, and compliance management
• Incident handling, response and reporting
• Technical security control testing
• Support to Certification and accreditation (C&A) of agency systems per NIST SP 800-37
• Provide security impact assessments as part of change management

Position Requirements

• Mid level: 2 - 4 years of progressive experience supporting at least one of the responsibility areas listed above
• Senior level: 5 – 8 years of progressive experience supporting at least one of the responsibility areas listed above
• Applicable industry certifications for areas of expertise
• Prior demonstrated ability to assess systems, applications or databases for security vulnerabilities
• Current active security clearance
• U.S Citizenship
• Bachelors Degree
