IT Audit Associate

Position Summary
Performs IT audits and system security assessments in support of government agencies and public companies.
Responsibilities
Supports the Project Manager and Senior IT Audit lead consultant in performing a wide range of IT audits, control assessments, and compliance reviews, including:
- IT general controls reviews
- Application controls reviews
- Information security assessments
- Control benchmark reviews (e.g., COBIT, ISO 17799, NIST 800-53)
Position Requirements
- Associate level: 1-2 years of IT audit or information security experience
- Senior level: 4-5 year of IT audit or information security experience
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills
- Must have understanding of IT risk and audit frameworks such as COBIT, FISCAM, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting information systems, or a related discipline is desired.
- Big Four experience is a plus.
- CISA, CISM, or CISSP certifications are a plus
