Stu Miller has extensive success in growing value at technology-based enterprises by converting leading-edge technologies to growing business enterprises – ranging from privately held start-up companies to “intrapreneurial” units in large technology corporations. As Chief Executive Officer, he generated significant investor value at Software AG, a mid-stage publicly traded company and successfully executed turn round situations at Cortex Corporation and Linus Technologies. Subsequently, he served as Vice-President for Verizon Communications where Mr. Miller spearheaded the development and deployment of the $1B information systems and network operations supporting the wholesale local competition business. Prior to 1984, he served as VP and General Manager of Sperry Computer Systems Communications and Terminals Division and was responsible for the development and sales of the world’s first fully integrated office automation system. Mr. Miller served on the Boards of SoftSwitch, Inc. and ETAK Inc. as well as on those where he had the CEO role. He also served on President Reagan’s OMB Information Technology Advisory Committee and on the Executive Committee of the Computer and Communications Industry Association. Mr. Miller has also testified on several technology issues before Congressional Subcommittees. He presently serves on the Boards of SecureIT and INC.spire, the Reston, VA-based business incubator, and is a counsellor with the Service Corps Of Retired Executives. He lives in Arlington, Virginia.

Braun Jones is a partner with WWC Capital, LLC. He focuses on WWC's investment banking practice providing advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity private placements. Mr. Jones specializes in software and technology services companies serving both the commercial and government markets. He has managed successful corporate-turnaround efforts and a variety of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity placements, and public stock and bond offerings. Prior to WWC, Mr. Jones co-founded and served as president of a Washington, D.C.-based middle-market investment bank specializing in mergers, acquisitions, capital formation, and business valuations. In addition, he has made private equity investments in companies such as Acuity Technology, Plateau Systems, ZeNETex, HireStrategy, Rannoch/ERA, and BrightDoor Systems. In 1994, Mr. Jones co-founded VCampus Corporation (formerly University Online, Inc.), an online learning company that was taken public in 1996. In 1992, Mr. Jones founded Integrated Management Strategies (IMS), a middle-market financial advisory business. During this time, he gained additional executive management and operational experience by serving as chief financial officer and executive director for two of his client companies. Mr. Jones began his career in 1988 as a financial analyst and project director, raising capital and managing major development projects for a subsidiary of Arnold & Porter, one of Washington DC's largest law firms. Mr. Jones earned his BS in Finance from Virginia Tech in 1987 and an MBA from James Madison University in 1988. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Registered Securities Representative (Series 7, 63) and Registered Securities Principal (Series 24). Mr. Jones serves on the Boards of HireStrategy, SecureIT, the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business School of Finance, the business incubator of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, INCspire, and The Association of Corporate Growth. Mr. Jones lives in Herndon, Virginia with his wife and four children.

Darcie S. Davis is a management and marketing consultant based in Reston, Virginia. She brings to the board an impressive background in consulting directed toward driving more revenue through strategic customer loyalty and customer touch programs. SecureIT has been an honored client of Ms. Davis' and has benefited from her advice and counsel. Ms. Davis has held management positions with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman; Davis, Kingsley & Company and Deloitte & Touche. She is a speaker, presenter, and prolific author on subjects generally related to client satisfaction and loyalty. Ms. Davis is actively involved in the Northern Virginia business community. In addition to her service with SecureIT, she currently holds Board positions for Success in the City and The Dandelion Patch. Most recently, she served on the boards for the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, INCspire Incubator, Volunteer Fairfax, The Business Alliance of George Mason University and the Executive MBA program for George Mason University.
